Since
the inception of our web site, we have received numerous requests for departmental
shoulder patches from collectors. Due to the cost and time involved
in answering all of these requests, the Denville Police Department regrets
to inform you that we will not honor any requests for the departmental
shoulder patches at this time.* We
also ask that you refrain from sending any e-mail requesting patches, as
it will delay our answering other e-mail inquiries in a prompt
manner. Any e-mail received on this subject will not be replied
to. We thank you for your cooperation in this matter, and if our
policy should change in the future it will be announced on this web site. *
If you are a member of a law enforcement agency and wish to trade one of
your agency's patches for ours, you may still e-mail this department with
your request. In the subject line of your e-mail write "Patch
Trade Request", and include your name and rank, your agency's name
and address, and your e-mail address in the contents of the e-mail.
Your information will be forwarded to a member of our department who
shares your interest in patch collecting. This policy does not
guarantee that you will receive a reply from one of our officers.
