All residents may now register to reserve a COVID-19 vaccination.  You can reserve your spot to get a vaccine now by pre-registering at the state's COVID-19 Vaccination page:

You will be asked some questions to determine your eligibility to receive a vaccination.  Filling out the form should take about 15 minutes and the information you enter will be kept private with the State of New Jersey.
