As per N.J. Attorney General Directive 2019-5, every law enforcement agency, on an annual basis, shall publish on its website a report summarizing the types of complaints received and the dispositions of those complaints.  Furthermore, the directive indicates that the report can be statistical in nature, and that the names of complainants and subject officers shall not be published.
